We’re Currently Accepting Reservations for Meetings and Private Gatherings at The Landing through May 2024.

We are not booking private parties in June through August of this year. We do not accept bookings more than 3 months in advance of a desired date.

The Landing at Olalla Bay has been an integral part of Olalla’s history since the late 1800’s. This beautifully renovated space on Colvos Passage has been many things in the past – a post office, warehouse, feed store, coffee shop and now, after extensive renovations, the space is available for your special day.  

The Basics

• The rental fee for private gatherings is $100/hr. (4-hour min).

• Winter season rentals must conclude by 9pm. Summer rentals must conclude by 10pm in accordance with local noise ordinances.

• Max occupancy = 34 people.

• Renters will return the room to its original condition before departing.

• No storage of decor/supplies in advance or after.

• Bathrooms are located inside market.

• Please do not park at the Olalla boat launch.

Our rental fees are determined by the type of gathering you’re looking to host. If you’re not sure what exactly you’re looking for, please reach via info@olallabaymarket.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

COMMUNITY GROUPS, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS & MEMORIALS - FREE

For community groups (those open to all and don’t require a membership) there is no usage fee, however, reservations will be made based on availability and limited to 1-3 months out depending on the occasion. Some examples: support and recovery, arts, culture, educational groups, etc.

PRIVATE GATHERINGS - $100/hr. (min. 4 hours)

For private social gatherings (think family events such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.) we charge an hourly rate of $100/hr. Rental time includes set-up and clean-up time.

Refreshments

• Renters can provide outside food.

• Renters can also choose to order from OBM. We can provide pre-ordered breakfast and lunch items to The Landing at our market rate.
