Ack! I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order. Can you fix it? 
We can certainly try. Once placed, we have about 24 hours to make changes to the order before processed by fulfillment. Please contact us directly via Facebook with FB messager or email us at OlallaBayMarket@gmail.com


My order arrived today, but I'm missing an item. Help! 
Many of our items are shipped separately as we get up and running. It’s not pretty, but it works! While your item is likely a day or so behind, you’re welcome to check in with us to confirm by sending us a direct message on Facebook or an email at OlallaBayMarket@gmail.com


The item (size, color, etc.) I want it Out of Stock. When will it be back? 
Bummer! We understand the disappointment, but our stock is minimal. Once it’s out, it’s out. That said, we plan to release new items regularly and will likely bring back old designs periodically in the future. Keep an eye on social media or sign up for our e-newsletter for updates below. 


I love browsing online, but I’d prefer to shop in person. Will you be selling these items at the new store when you open them? 
Yes! We plan to have a wide selection of Olalla Bay merchandise available in the store.

Eeek, one of my items arrived broken.
Well, that’s not good. We are here to help. Take a photo of your broken item with a copy of your receipt that includes the order number and email us the images to OlallaBayMarket@gmail.com.  We will get a replacement processed right away. Please allow for about 2 weeks for fullfillment.
